How do I order?
Message me on WhatsApp, call, or send an email with what you'd like. I'll confirm what's in stock, the total, and how to collect or receive it. There's no online checkout on this site — every order is arranged directly with me.
How do I pay?
We'll sort payment out when you order. Let me know what suits you and I'll tell you what I can accept.
Do you deliver around Trinidad & Tobago?

Are the products gluten free?
Many are, including the Tapioca Coconut Wrap Mix, which is gluten free, yeast free and preservative free. Each product page describes what's in it, and if you're unsure about a specific intolerance, ask me before you order.
How long does the food intolerance test take?
Once your sample reaches the lab you'll receive a personalised gut report, and then we sit down together for your consultation. Ask me for current turnaround times when you order, as they do change.
Do you offer one-to-one health coaching?
Yes. I trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York and I've worked with clients on cholesterol, blood pressure, weight and gut health. Get in touch and tell me a little about what you're dealing with.
