Method
- Empty pack of Tapioca Coconut Wrap Mix in bowl
- Season with salt, pepper or desired seasoning
- Season fish or chicken
- Dip fish or chicken in egg wash
- Dip in Tapioca Coconut Wrap Mix
- Either deep fry or shallow fry in olive oil to create a sear and finish cooking in the oven
